Dr. Sophia Alston is a force to be reckoned with in education. Boasting an impressive seventeen years of administrative, supervisory, and project management experience, she has pioneered student success programs, forged strong local and national partnerships, and expertly managed grants and budgets. Her extensive background in issues of career readiness, workforce development, student retention, and completion cements her status as a transformative educational leader.
